On one of my favorite sites, I accidentally pressed Ctrl + Shift + / and it zoomed all the way out. Now, no matter how many times I reset the zoom, it won't stay. All other sites are unaffected.

hello, does it help when you totally remove the site from your history (attention, this will also delete any passwords saved for the site!) like it is described here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-recent-browsing-search-and-download-history#w_how-do-i-remove-a-single-website-from-my-history

You can also try to clear the Site Preferences via Clear Recent History (Ctrl+Shift+Del) with only Site Preferences selected and the time range set to Everything.

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.

Thanks madperson, that did work. So can anyone tell me what exactly Ctrl + Shift + / does? It's not listed in the FF keyboard shortcuts.

on my system this shortcut doesn't appear to do anything - i've noticed that you're using a customized 64bit build, maybe it's a feature or a bug there :-)
