Can you install Safari on that phone? Safari supports video through HTML5, and now does that automatically.

There is no version of Safari for Android.

What version of Android do you have as because if you have Android 4.1 or newer you may be out of luck on Flash support from Adobe, though some like Samsung users upgrading say from 4.0 to 4.1 may still get supported.
