Microsoft Security Essentials found a file in my Mozilla cache that it was unfamiliar with and asked me to send to them. (\4\03\7DEFd01). Does this have personal information in it and is it a security risk?

This is the second time MSE has asked for me to send this file to them. I am concerned that it may be some kind of phishing scam or may include personally identifiable information about me, my family or our usage of Firefox. Please advise. Thanks for any help.

There is usually not much that can happen with files in the cache.
It is hard to tell which content such a file has because Firefox uses a random (salted) name without a file extension to prevent security issues, but most files are either larger images or other media files (small files are stored in container _CACHE_ files).
