I know that I have seen tons of forums already regarding this issue. However, I still don't understand the reason for me being unable to sync my logins and passwords to my smartphone device via the desktop version of Firefox Browser I have. I switch to this browser from Chrome because of the AdBlock, but I still don't understand how it is so much easier and simpler with them to sync while here I am having a hard time to get all logins and passwords to be available on all of my devices.

Hi

Are all the devices that you wish to sync signed into the same Firefox Account?

Hi

I understand that Firefox Sync did not connect to your mobile device on this occasion, but hopefully I should be able to help you force a Sync event to take place.

Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:

In Firefox on your mobile device:

  1. Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Account.
  2. Tap on Synchronise now.

This will “force” a synchronization of the data that is on the local device storage.

Hi this problem is now solved. I had to sign out and login again on both iOS and Android Devices in order for Firefox to synchronize after I moved all of my Chrome info into Firefox...
