Firefox was not broken so why mess it about? Websites I have not used for months came up as tops, but one I had used five time a week for at least three weeks was not there. There are lots of ways to deal with things, except to delete them: BUT when I clicked the option to put the little picture of stuff on two rows it removed the one row I had and now I can't find it! Is sync any use to solve this problem as I have never heard of it and do not know what it is meant to do? Why did you have to break Firefox???

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/features/sync/ Unless need it to link your phone and laptop and tablet I suggest Export your Bookmarks as HTML then to USB then import them, do not then have to ask your locked out, never received a email and helpppp.

Not sure why your what ever they are as never use them..tiles, hate them.

This the best way to uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved.

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ Note is a new installer and it may find your profile and ask if want to update, refresh if do not have options just pick one.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
