can't send email, server verified as correct
I can not send email, worked fine until about a week ago. Have had technical support from my internet provider check it; Time Warner web mail is working correctly and can send email. They entered correct server name and port number into Thunderbird but I still can not send email out. I have tried all suggestions to fix this that I found on your support site.

This solved my this problem when I had it in October, but it isn't working this time
If you still have RR server names I suggest you check TWC new server names and make the needed changes.

As far as I can see, Spectrum hasn't changed the settings for the smtp outgoing server, so if it's not working now, it's possibly due to a Spectrum malfunction (examples), or maybe you have a security program scanning outgoing mail that has suddenly become incompatible with a recent TB update. To see if it's the latter, start in Windows safe mode (Shift+Restart) and try sending with TB.
I tried sending an email in safe mode and got the same error message
