Switched from POP to IMAP All my folders disappeared. Found them under Mail, but cannot get them back in T'Bird. Tried copy in active folder in T'bird but when I start T'bird they flash on the screen and disappear. They also disappear from active folder in profile.

You need to copy messages to the IMAP account when being online, so that they will get uploaded to the server. If you do that offline, the server will erase them in the moment you connect the next time. Alternatively copy messages to Local Folders, then go online, and copy them to the IMAP server.
