In order for us to help you please provide the following detailed troubleshooting information:
- What Android OS version are you using (KitKat 4.4, JellyBean 4.1-3 , etc) on both devices
- What Android phone or tablet are you using? Please provide the model numbers of both devices.
- Please what you did (does the following mean you upgraded to Firefox 36.0.1 for Android? "uploaded newest version of sync to both phones") , what you expected, what happened that you haven't told us already.
