How can i connect new sttionary mozilla to my synch account only with 26 symbols key?
on synch menu there is not link like "connect this devise with key". but i have only key and can't connect with email

Sync in Firefox 29-plus versions doesn't use the Sync Key; a change from the Firefox 28 and older versions of Firefox.
You need your Email address (the "username" for that Sync Account) and the Password.
