I tried to publish my extension about year ago, but couldn't to do this. Now I try to publish again and after download I have duplicate UUID message. On my extension panel I haven't extensions. My extension not found by search. ID: vkpatch@pochemuto.org name: vkPatch Help please.

My advice is to change the UUID slightly, by adding a character to it. Your original attempt to publish using that UUID is probably still in the queue, and the system will only accept an update for a UUID that is being used.
