Older bookmarks work. Bookmarking on Safari for this website seems to work. I tried looking online for help and couldn't find anything that worked. I tried changing preferences to allow everything, but that didn't work.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
