The feature that blocks reloading/redirecting is screwing up my logins on several sites! How can I turn it off?

When I try to log into several sites - airline, bank, etc. - the message "This site is trying to reload" or "to redirect" keeps popping up and interferes with my logins! How can I turn this feature off?
