The website says there's a Javascript error. When I came to the Firefox help page, it says that Javascript is embedded in Firefox. I am not sure what to do. Thanks.

I had a very similar problem when I knew I had javascript installed. Turns out I need to also install a programme called Silverlight? This may be totally off the mark for your problem, but hey, it's a shot in the dark!
