Hi, your User Agent is showing Android, but if you are using Firefox on a Desktop, try downloading in your language from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release (Under 'Which browser would you like to download,' select Firefox). If you are using Android on a phone or tablet, you should be able to install from Google Play Store.

Your data such as bookmarks etc., should not be changed or deleted by doing this as your Profile is stored in a different location.
