I'm a senior citizen - new to T-Bird

Hoping that someone has the answer.

Downloaded T-Bird yesterday - wasn't seeing any pictures in email (so - I have the most recent version).

I changed something - and, now it looks like pictures from the web are showing - but not any pictures that are actually embedded in the email.

I was advised to ensure that View-Display Attachments Inline was checked - and it is.

Any help would be much appreciated.

TIA!!

If embedded images aren't showing, make sure View/Message Body As is Original HTML. If they still don't show, confirm if they appear when the account is accessed by webmail. If they don't show in webmail, they are being blocked before the messages are downloaded to TB, so the senders must be whitelisted or unblocked in webmail, perhaps by adding the sender to webmail contacts.

It looks like it cam through webmail as an attachment. That was dumb - should have thought to check webmail first.

Thank you so much!!!
