I have been using thunderbird for a few years with no issue but recently some of my outgoing emails have not reached external recipients (at random) without any bounced message (internal recipients with same domain are able to receive my emails). Upon checking with my email provider, they told me that the sender email address is missing on their mail log which caused the email to be bounced back to sender. The mail log is as follows:

This does not happen when I send out emails directly from the webmail of the service provider. All of our users are experiencing the same issue lately, is this an issue between thunderbird and our email service provider?

Really in distress as we are all heavily reliant on Thunderbird. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

What shows in "from:" when you compose the email? When you open the mail in the sent folder and press Ctrl +U what is shown in the From: header field?

Well that obviously has a from. So what might be interfering with the mail after Thunderbird does it's thing other than an anti virus I do not know
