An error occurred while sending mail
I have been getting this error on multiple accounts spread across multiple machines:
an error occurred while sending mail the mail server sent an incorrect greeting. Cannot connect to SMTP server 188.166.155.13 (188.166.155.13:587), connect error 10060
I have checked everything from firewalls to Server settings and I can't seem to shift this error when sending mail, all of the accounts receive emails with no issue what so ever. I need some major help with this as it's starting to affect our business operation.

that IP address resolves to mail.businesscalc.co.uk and is allocated to digital ocean inc
So the obvious question is why are you getting an error message containing an IP address instead of the server name. The only thing I can think of is you are using the ip address in your settings or something is messing up DNS on your machine.

If you get error from the forum about the length of the post, just remove stuff from the end. The first half of the troubleshooting information is the important part here.
