Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer. Email providers issue email addresses and have email servers. No provider in their right mind would try to email a password to someone who already cannot get into their email account.

If you are using the forgotten password request on this forum your are wasting your time. That is for the log in to this forum only.

I guess your first step would be to learn who your email provider is.

You don't obviously need to log into your account to reset your password. You reset your email password with your email provider. Most providers have a link to reset your email password on their email help page. You can also check your mail by directly logging into the providers webmail site.

Thunderbird has nothing to do with resetting your password. If your business depends on email this much you should learn how it works and what options you have.
