windows say my windows 7 is illegal my computer crashed november 2013 and ever since thats when my problems with windows begun

As I have allready stated, windows tell me to buy a new windows 7, if I were to do that, I would lose all my data, and I don't know enough about computers to do that, so I carry on illegaly.
