Why the Folder for sended mails is not safe ? I had a wrong push on my keyboard and the mail in folder "sended" is gone. It´s not possible to restore it.

Thunderbird is directly connected with my T-Online Email account. So if in Thunderbird will happen something, for example deleted mail the connection to T-Online Server will delete the mail immediately. It is not possible to restore. That is very bad. Do you have a solution to save sended mails in that Folder so that will not be possible to destroy mails ?

This is how IMAP works.

Turn on synchronization for your email account if not done yet, assuming your account really is an IMAP account. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/imap-synchronization

Then make sure to backup your Thunderbird profile on a regular basis. The backup will allow you to restore messages in case something ugly happens to your account. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Thunderbird_:_FAQs_:_Backing_Up_and_Restoring
