vpn issue

I recently replaced my android tablet and when trying to activate the vpn it is asking me for my credit card info as if I was signing up for the first time. I have tried to make sure the old tablet was removed from my account. This is the same model though. I'm already paying the monthly fee. I'm not sure how to get this working.

Thanks for any help.

Hello!

Go to vpn.mozilla.org on the new device and simply sign in to the Firefox account you used with your Mozilla VPN subscription and it will automatically add it to your devices. Then the application should work normally. You can have up to 5 devices on a single subscription.

I hope this helps!
