Forgot master password
TB 72 running on Win10, 20 yrs on TB with absolutely no issues, suddenly asked for Master Password, tried all possible passwords for 20 yrs (Yes, I can do this; I am a nerd). TB Support says it's easy, just go to Tools ->Developer Tools-> Error Console, paste the expression: openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul") and press the Evaluate button. No go. That's apparently to fix an earlier TB version. What do do now? Do I have to abandon TB after 20 yrs? Thanks very much for any help. Love, Chuck.

Are you sure you have TB 72? The release versions are 68 and 78. If it's 78, the correct command is:
openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml")
Note it's .xhtml, not .xul.
