I am creating rules to move emails into sub folders I get the following message in part "There is not enough disc space to download new messages." I have 205 gB of space on my drive, so why am I getting this message

and better still how do I remove / fix the issue

Our time will be wasted if we don't know what you already tried. And to be clear, the issue isn't likely caused by Thunderbird.
