I can't upload documents anymore from Fixfox but same document can be uploaded using other web browsers. Pls help.b

Hi

I cannot upload any any documents from C:\Documents since recently. However, I could use other Web Browsers to do it. Currently I am using Firefox as my main browser therefore I do appreciate if someone could fix the problem for me. Thank you in advance.

What happens when you try?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

hi Perera, are you running "trusteer" software on your device by chance? it has been identified as a cause for many upload issues recently... see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1102907 for example.
