Asking me to open a new account and I have one

We have been running andy@i-promotional.co.uk andy@iprosports.co.uk and andy@iprocareers.co.uk
However this morning when trying to log into the account Thunderbird is asking me to open a new account and I cant access my emails? I can get them on my phone though.
