I can't download pictures from not protected sites to my directory

For example if I go to the site www.ad.nl is a Dutch newspaper. I stand on a picture, click the right mouse buttom and select store picture on disk in my selected directory. I lookslike it works well, but when I explore my directory thier is now picture added.

What can I do to over come this problem. I've already remove Firefox completly also from my register and form the hard disk. Then reinstalled Firefox 8.0. Problem is still their.
