Some of my e-mails are showing up in the main inbox feed on my computer, but not all of them. The only way I know I'm missing them is that they show up on my phone. When I search for the sender on the computer, there they are! Is there some way certain senders are being filtered out or something? Thanks.

What's the account type on both, your phone, and your computer - POP or IMAP?

POP I just had the Internet speed increased. Could that cause this?

The default behavior with POP is to remove messages from the server upon opening a message. That means your computer will never see it when the phone picked it up first. POP has an option to leave messages on the server.

When accessing an account with multiple devices IMAP may be the better alternative.
