Somehow I have enabled something called NoScript and it disables JavaScript - how do I disable it? Thanks.

NoScript is an extension for users who want high security protection, and it requires a lot of "training" as you visit new sites. Most likely you (or someone else who has access to your computer) installed it from the Add-ons site, but if you got some kind of custom bundle of Firefox, it could have been in there.

You can disable (and usually remove) extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then the enabled extensions are in alphabetical order. Disabled ones cluster at the bottom.

Thank you so much - it looks like I actually removed it!
