Stuttering in videos

Every time I try to watch a youtube video, there's constant stuttering. Please help.

Install ffmpeg for your distro, eg Ubuntu:

sudo apt install ffmpeg

In the case of flatpak, install ffmpeg for the 23.08 runtime:

flatpak install org.freedesktop.Platform.ffmpeg-full//23.08

Enable accelerated decoding by changing media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled to true in about:config then restart the browser.
