Are you talking sync backup files or what in this case? If this is the sole computer or PC that has the bookmark and if you didn't do or follow the Firefox backup tips there is a high chances any bookmarks are gone as result of computer reset. Bookmarks usually don't remain but restore from the original computer that had the data any other devices will be deleted or removed when you log to any sync devices since those devices aren't the main database where the bookmark was kept.

Did you possibly reset the password of the Sync account because you forgot the password?

If you reset the password for the Mozilla account because you do not remember this password, then that will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data locally before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key you created earlier can decrypt this data.

Thanks for your responses and my apologies for the delayed response and my unclear original message. Let me explain in more detail.

I've had a Mozilla account for years. I use Firefox on my main computer.

Recently, I reset an old computer that I have limited plans for, but I want Firefox on it as well. I installed it fine. What I'm trying to figure out is how to have all my bookmarks on this reset computer. I seem to be able to sign in to my Mozilla account but don't see the bookmarks.

Will I be able to, and if so, how do I do that?
