I don't know how I got into this, but as I go to a website I want to visit, there's this website name FREEZE.COM always pop up onto the same page that I am viewing, I have to hit BACK to view the page I need to see, then FREEZE.COM keeps coming back as if it's hitting the BACK button on its own. Sometimes it goes crazy as if it were to fight with me for the computer, making me unable to surf the internet or check email or doing anything.

Upgrade your browser to Firefox 9 first

Do a malware check with some malware scan programs. You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
