Is Firefox x64 (Minefield) for Windows compatible with the x64 Java 7 Beta?

Firefox x64 (Minefield) on Windows 7 crashes with the Beta x64 Java 7 (it works on 64 bit windows, and the 32 bit java 7 works in 32 bit firefox). It works fine with any newer version of Java 6 x64 however. Is this a firefox or Java bug?

I was having this problem myself until just recently.

However, it works for me with the following:

Nightly x64 6.0a1 builddate 05222011 and Java 7 x64 b143

Earlier versions causes crashes, so try updating to the latest JRE7 and the latest Nightly.
