"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

we have exactly the same problem with our web site. And, our customer do not want to do it again and again for every computer. any one who know to do it in coding or any other way pls help me out
