A pop up pops up constantly asking we if :such and such" site is allowed- temporarily only so it seems. Should I just remove this application? this never happened prior to the installation of this add on

If you are not prepared to learn how to use NoScript, and "allow" scripts for each website you visit until you visit each of your regularly visited web sites - just uninstall it. NoScript is a powerful security tool, but for the first few weeks you use it NoScripy requires constant user input to "allow" the domains that each website accesses data from. No pain, no gain.

NoScript is ruining my life. When I ask Firefox how to Uninstall it, the only answer I find is one telling me that I should Uninstall it if I don't like it. But NOBODY TELLS ME HOW!! I feel like I've downloaded a virus.
