I have another kind of problem with Firefox

I was able to access this link up until yesterday http://timecard.glcs.us:8181.com/ Now it is stating that firefox may have proxy firewall. I checked to make sure no proxy is clicked thru tools -> "advanced" section "network" tab settings then make sure no proxy clicked, which it is?
