Hi,

When I go to wellsfargo.com it loads but then stalls. I am unable to click into the login boxes and log in and the only way I can get the page to close is to go to task manager and manually end the firefox process.

Chosen solution

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.4 with a Full Version Installer

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Hi,

unfortunately none of these worked. It is the strangest thing, it worked fine until yesterday. The only thing I did (which I've undone and tried again and it still isn't working) was to turn on tracking protection. However I have them in the exception list. That said, as I mentioned I turned it off and tried and the same thing. I'm at a loss.
