I have always been able to zoom/zoom out to make the screen print bigger/smaller & have always been able to go to Add On's Manager to add/remove Addon's. Suddenly I cannot do any of this. Has there been an update that has changed this option?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Problem is still there. Is the Aeon Cloud theme not available anymore? If not, how do I access my options/addons to change the theme.

I don't know anything about Aeon Cloud

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.


Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
