Sync android to desktop

The online directions say that after logging in to Firefox on the desktop, that I should open the android app, click Settings and the click Sync and Save. But there is no… (funda kabanzi)

The online directions say that after logging in to Firefox on the desktop, that I should open the android app, click Settings and the click Sync and Save. But there is no Sync icon (see attachment) on the phone(android 14). On the laptop if I click on dd another Device it just takes me back to the same instructions. How do I sync the phone and computer?
