I access Outlook through Firefox. I added the site to my home screen to login faster. After proceeding through the login screen and accessing my email, I have a blank permanent bar on the top of my screen (where the website controls exist when the quick app starts up). My screen is shifted down from this bar, with elements no longer appearing at the bottom of my screen (calendar, etc). Buttons on the bottom of the screen no longer appear (they are cut off). I want my screen to not be cut off on the bottom. As an aside, the bar on the top of the screen is annoyingly thick whether it's loaded or not.

Hi! From some time now i have problem with GUI elements overlapping each other. It started with the window control buttons (that part, where you can close the window). Esthetics aside, it was not that big deal, so I just ignored it, but some time ago similar overlap appeared on address bar - so now I don't see what I'm writing. This is a big deal, now I can't really tell if I made a typo, I'm not able to correct it or I can't see if what I'm writing is mixed with original url, stuff like that.

I have a verizon.net email account at AOL. AOL now requires use of a one-time-use "app password" to sign in from Thunderbird. This does work but it seems like now I will have to go through this process (going to AOL web mail and requesting a new app password) every time I reboot my computer or restart Thunderbird. After years, I changed my default browser to Firefox instead of Safari. However, in spite of my careful searching and attempts to solve my problem(s) with preferences and reading help FAQs, I am unable to resolve the main issues. I am unable to go to LinkedIn, either my own page or anything else in Firefox. It goes to the page and remains stuck trying to log in. I can copy the url address and paste it into my Safari browser bar and all proceeds as it should ad I get logged in, etc. There is also an issue with my NYT digital account. Sometimes Firefox acts normally, signing me in and allowing me to read articles and so forth. But often, capriciously I would say since it makes no sense at all it will arrive at the lage and for an instant I'll see the article, or video, and then the page will go blank. Reloading produces the same result and I am unable in Firefox to see the content. If I go to the content on Safari, all is fine. I am seriously considering returning to Safari as my default browser. What is going on here? Thank you.

Hello! A tech rebooted my computer and all files were saved, but this person failed to do a backup of my browsers. I don't think I was logged in to any session in Firefox, but my bookmarks and passwords were saved.
Is there any way I can recover that information? I already tried and there seems to be no other sessions than the current one saved.
