Hi, I've received the email below from Microsoft today.

I have 15 email accounts linked to Thunderbird mail and use up to 5 of them daily. Sometimes 'instant' communications on one or more of my accounts can be important.

Will Thunderbird mail still function in the same way from 16th September?

I apologise if this question has been answered somewhere else. I searched but could not find it.

I want to print a Firefox PDF document. It is a credit card statement downloaded off the issuer's website. The PDF file Properties dialog shows Page Size 6.92 x 14 in (Portrait). The thumbnail preview of the document shows the pages in the 6.92 x 14" format. I want to print this document to 8.5 x 11" paper WITHOUT HAVING THE DOCUMENT SHRUNK TO FIT THE SMALLER PAPER. Shrinking the document results in a printout that I cannot read without a magnifier. This is unacceptable. I don't care if the bottom 3" of each page are cut off (mostly that 3" is blank anyway). All I want is to be able to print out a document I can read. NOTE: I have tried using the print dialog option "Size to [choose % magnification]," instead of "fit to page width." This does not work. The print image stubbornly refuses to magnify, the print preview still shows a legal sized document crammed into letter sized paper, and I'm still stuck with a shrunken document with teeny tiny text that I can't read. NOTE: I have also explored using the "simplified" print setting instead of "original." All that gives me is a text explanation and the original document itself disappears. So no joy there either.

Firefox 127.0.2 (64 bit), Windows 11.

I recently converted to Firefox from Chrome. I use wikipedia a lot, and am used to being able to quickly enter 'w' into the search bar to bring that up as the first result. This was something that I could do without hassle on Chrome, but not something that I can consistently do on Firefox. My settings are synced across devices, yet the first result for 'w' in the search bar is (was) 'www.google.com' on my desktop, and 'wikipedia.org' on my laptop. I created a bookmark for wikipedia.org named 'w', which didn't work, I wiped any instance of 'google.com' from my search history and now 'w' in the search bar gives me 'www.youtube.com' instead, wonderful.

Any advice would be great

Hello, My website www.bodymindwholeness.com will not loan on Mozilla browser for over 6 months now. My website loads just fine on all other browsers, just not Mozilla? I have tried to adjust every setting I can imagine with no luck. Why wont Mozilla allow my website to load and what can I do to fix the issue? Thank you Michael Hofrath

Hello, I Signed into and began using a New Firefox ACCOUNT Yesterday.Today,I found that I had forgotten that I formerly had a Mozilla account which is apparently still ACTIVE from 10/14/2021. I'm confused as to WHY it's called MOZILLA... Is it called Firefox or Mozilla for this Browser... and I don't want two Accounts... so I need to eliminate one. My iMac is Auto inserting My Password and I'm not familiar yet with whatever Browser I have, to locate a way to see the Password it signed me in on... ? the one I created yesterday... or the one that was created in 2021... So.. please tell me what the Browser is called today... Firefox or Mozilla... or Mozilla Firefox... ??? and I'll begin AGAIN... OR CAN YOU FIX THIS FOR ME WITH JUST ONE ACCOUNT, and I'll create another Password. My email has NOT CHANGED for either account... ey47ey@yahoo.com Please advise me how to establish my Account ASAP so I can continue my work. I composed an outgoing email message that I wanted to keep for future use, and saved it as a Template. That not only saved it under the unified Templates heading, but created a second appearance of my main email account with its own Templates subfolder. At that point I decided I really didn't want to keep it after all, so I deleted the message, but the second Templates folder didn't disappear; its still on the tree list as an empty folder. Right-clicking that folder doesn't have a Delete function, but it does present a Repair option, but running that doesn't help. How do I get rid of that unneeded individual email account listing and the empty Templates folder?

I am trying to print a long webpage into a PDF format. When I open the Print preview window, I noticed that pages after the 255th page are all blank. I tried changing the destination but this seems to be a persistent issue. I tried the same procedure with Microsoft Edge and the entire page was able to be seen in the Print preview window.

When I try to click on certain key buttons in webpages, nothing happens. examples: "Sign in" won't sign me in. A field that lets me change number of products desired won't let me fill change the number. Only seems to be executable (CTA?) buttons. Thanks for any help.

When I search for a Hebrew-language video on Firefox the resulting link text overlaps with the English text “Translate this page” for all YouTube videos. I don’t want any page translated and my Firefox Translation settings include no languages. The overlap only occurs on YouTube video links. How can I get rid of the “Translate this page” text? I was getting warnings from my e-mail server that I was near the mailbox size limit, and Thunderbird displayed a percentage bar in the lower right corner. I've deleted a lot of large messages and want to see how far I am from the limit now, but now the bar isn't displayed. Is there a way to refresh this? Or is it a warning that's only pushed from the server?

(Unfortunately, my webmail site doesn't compute the size correctly and shows me at over 400%, so I can't see the actual size there until the server sends me another warning.)

After years of working fine, this message has started appearing whenever TB tries to retrieve messages. I've checked that there's enough space (there's many GB free). I've checked the authorisations of the email folders, they're all fine (Full Control in all cases). I found an answer in a forum suggesting that a rogue antivirus might be the problem, but I'm only using MS Defender.

In desperation I removed the entire Roaming/Thunderbird folder, uninstalled TB, reinstalled it (version 115.12.2), created a new profile for my email address (it's a Yahoo email address, and I can retrieve the emails directly through the Yahoo Mail website with no problems). But I'm still getting the same error message. TB tries to retrieve the messages, it says 'Retrieving message 1 of 105' for several minutes, then the error message popup, and nothing appears in the Inbox. (105 is all the incoming messages as of now since this started happening).

I'm completely stuck. Any suggestions?

Recently switched from Outlook to Thunderbird, however still have Outlook to make sure Thunderbird is working the way I want to.

However any emails that I am sending - whilst appearing in my Sent folder in Outlook, aren't in the same folder in Thunderbird. Strange thing is however, if I use the search bar, it DOES find the email, and says it is in my sent folder.

I've tried sorting by name, by date, by anything I can think of, but I can't find these emails in the sent folder.

The only thing I can think of, is that the emails have not been delivered - even though sent - because when testing it out with a separate email address that I have, the emails appear fine.

Any ideas anybody?

I would like to remove the newly added listing "Local FOlders" from the Folder Tree and restore the Local Folders listing that was moved to the bottom (below All Folders) to its proper place, namely Above Local Folders. This group displays Sent Copies which I use frequently. The newly added 2nd display called "Local Folders" does not disply "Sent Copies" when I click on it in the folder tree. Thunderbirfd decided to move my original "Sent Folders" display to the bottom of the tree when updating to the latest version last night (early morning hours of 6/26/24). I run thunderbird in Windows 10 Desktop on Lenovo w530 using wired internet connection.
