As of this morning, using a pervious version of supernova, drag and drop of messages from the inbox to different mailboxes fails to work. I can use the move command fine, but the D&D just plain fails.. It worked yesterday just fine. I updated to the latest version, 115.14.0 (64-bit) with the same problem occurring. Any suggestions?

After an update to Thunderbird around 8/10/24, I can still list future calendar events, but no longer past events. It is very useful for me to list past events. For example, I can quickly find out when I last had a flu shot. Could you restore this ability to print a complete list of past events, as well as future events? Thanks! Carl Lund

since my last update my aol email has changed.it used to be 4 accounts were displayed and i could select each one now only one is displayed in yellow along with its password displayed in yellow. also i go to copy and paste but it won't paste.jack c lhwoodman@verizon.net 732-264-3512

I've been experiencing issues with my firefox browser (most updated version 129.0.2, running on Mac Sonoma 14.6.1). Seemingly at random times, it decides to start displaying weird symbols all over. The settings, the menu, the text on webpages, it all reverts to these weird symbols. Restarting the app and my laptop works sometimes, but only for a little bit of time then a day or two later this starts to happen again. I've tried to look at other help articles but it doesn't seem to be a font thing, it's becoming really frustrating and I hope there's an easy fix otherwise I won't be able to keep using this browser as I share my screen for work often.

I always been able to connect w/newsmax.com - until now. When it does not connect tells me to contact that site. Well... I tried and I can not get in to let them know. How do I fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance and reply. Sandra

Hi, Thanks for looking! I prefer to drag important files to the Archive folder for future reference. When I recently went to find one I discovered most of the emails I have received since about November 2023 have been automatically been sent to the Archive folder as well as residing in my Unified Inbox. I use TB 128.1.1esr (64-bit) with 4 Gmail accounts if that is relevant. If anyone can suggest a way to stop this I would be very grateful. Cheers, D Ranyami

I have been having problems logging into Spectrum's website on my computer. I can login to the website using another browser. I have contacted Spectrum, they went over my entire account and stated that everything is working like it should. The person said to contact Firefox and have them check my account for any blocks. I can access any website and login without a problem using Firefox but Spectrum. Can you please help me. I really like Firefox as my browser and don't want to have to switch. Thank you.

The autofill function works great for forms and applications but not so much when I'm entering online contests. When they ask me for my TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter username, it will not autofill those. I always have to do it myself in FireFox. But Microsoft Edge doesn't have that problem. Why doesn't it remember what I type in for those types of entries?

Hi, Nearly all of the User Interface windows on Thunderbird are tiny. For example, if I open the "About Thunderbird" the window is tiny. Likewise, various windows with instructions that come up are tiny. I have been able to at least read messages and read the settings windows by cranking up the font size but this does not help in general. This feels like a display resolution issue but other programs are fine. So if I change the system display res, I expect other programs to be huge. I have seen some threads on this in the archive but for older versions. I am running TB 128.1esr (I think - difficult to read!) on an iMac running Sonoma 14.6.1. I just upgraded to a new iMac and my previous installation was on Mojave and ran a thing called Theme and Font Changer, which is now disabled (possibly some buried consequence of running that add-on is resonspible). On startup, Thunderbird hangs up for about 2 to 3 minutes. Also hangs up sporadically there after making use of Thunderbird almost useless. This is a recent problem. Have been using Thurderbird for years without any trouble. How do I fix this problem.

I was trying to put a shortcut for Firefox onto my desktop and can't seem to find where the files for the browser are located. I have tried looking up where it could be online and all the answers I have found have been wrong. Please help.

When I try to open Facebook using Firefox, I get the following message:

We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

When using Chrome or Bing I can access Facebook.
