I am unable to read or reply to emails. And when I close the email it shows it as still unread. I have tech support with Best Buy Geek Squad. They were unable to help, but said there was a glitch with the email program. Also is there a phone # I can call. I work from home and my email is my lifeline. Please help!

A tab popped up, I didn’t click anything. It has a very spammy looking website. How do I block them? I am running Mac Big Sur, 11.7.10. When I am in Firefox version 127.0.2 and I go into any Google search, the tab crashes. It works in private browsing mode and also in other browsers but not in non-private browsing in Firefox. I have tried disabling extensions, add ons, etc. Nothing seems to help. This started happening a few weeks ago with any YouTube page also. How can I fix this? If I can't I will stop using Firefox as I cannot function like this. Please advise!

Hi! I am having issues with loosing tabs in private browsing mode. In the past I could have dozens of tabs open in private browsing mode for months at a time, but it seems like after the new update as soon as I leave Firefox all of my open private browsing mode my tabs disappear.

Is this an intentional new feature? Is there a way to turn it off? I would like to keep my private browsing mode tabs open after I leave the Firefox browsing app (I am not exiting or deleting any tabs or the app when I leave).

Unable to export Firefox bookmarks. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it states 'no items' (See attached Print Screen) yet all my bookmarks show in the left hand pane.

Automatically hide taskbar in desktop mode => Enabled Firefox => Maximised When cursor is moved to outer edge of screen, taskbar should unhide (Expected behaviour) but in this case it remain hidden (Reality). Firefox along with all other spinoffs give same result. Chromium based browser works perfect, and taskbar automatically unhide itself.

As OLED screen have became common as monitor, Taskbar auto-hide is must. If this issue cann't be fixed I may have to change my primary browser which I used for almost 15 years.

Kindly, look into it. If Chromium can do it, why not Firefox.

I have an issue that's been annoying the crap out of me and I haven't been able to find a solution. I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

I want to drag an image from one tab into the upload field in another tab. This works fine in other browsers, but not in Firefox.

For example, I'm posting an item on Craigslist. I have pictures on the item in Google Photos. I would like to drag the image from the tab showing Google Photos to the upload field in my Craigslist post, but when I do, nothing happens.

I get the same behavior regardless of what web page I'm dragging the image from or what website I'm trying to upload to.

My wife discovered today that all email had disappeared from her inbox! She doesn't know how or why and neither do I. She is running Thunderbird 1.15 under Windows 7. I have already tried the Windows restore function on the INBOX and it didn't work. Tried a number of other methods and none worked. In looking around the Thunderbird directory and noticed a bunch of files named nstmp-1, 2 3 and 4. nstmp-4 has this morning date-time on it and viewing it in an editor it seems to be a backup of the INBOX. Is this true, and can it be used to rebuild her INBOX.

I'm not able to upload files to certain websites using Firefox on Android.

When selecting a file for the phone's file manager, the file upload simply not starting.

However, Firefox on iOS doesn't have that issue.

Firefox version used is the latest one and it is the one from Google Play.

Tried another browser and it works great.

I've had thunderbird running on my desktop for many years. I tried setting it up identically on my android and it doesn't work. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong as I run the server side as well. How do you get thunderbird to accept no username or password for the outbound server? I'm using postfix and it only accepts outbound email from my ip address.

I wiped out my computer and it is brand new yet I keep getting this mozilla error and it crashes mozilla, the computer is fine. The error is below, how can I fix this?

I do not have any ad blockers and have disabled "Block pop-up windows" in Firefox and turned off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" for sites but I still get the message that I am blocking ads.

I have been dealing with problems with Firefox and YouTube for a long time. Every time I open a YouTube video in a new tab it would always give me this grey screen that goes away after a long time waiting.

I have tried:

• Refreshing Firefox
• Reinstalling Firefox
• Troubleshoot Mode, which the problem persist in troubleshoot mode so its not an addon
• Tried creating a new profile
• User-Agent Switcher which doesn't work all the time.

I want to avoid going chromium-based browsers but this is making me consider.

I have set toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to TRUE in both Thunderbird and Betterbird.

I have created the file C:\Users\MYNAME\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\r2v9k1zw.default\chrome\userChrome.css

I have successfully entered css into that file that work as expected in Thunderbird v115.12 and has for the past several versions. But I have NOT been able to do anything in that file that works with BetterBird. In fact, using the inspector, I don't see userChrome.css even being loaded! I have also tried starting the file with '@namespace html url(“http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml”)' but that makes no difference either.

How do I get BetterBird to recognize the userChrome.css file?

Unable to export bookmarks file. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it is blank and states 'no items' (see screenshot) but I have all my bookmarks in the in the usual left hand pane. I've asked this question before and received no response. Can anyone help please?
