Trying to open kossyderrickent.com I was suspicious of its safety. I was offered the option shown in the attachment. Is this legitimate? I am not familiar with the site and I think it may be unsafe. Pls advise.

I have recently encountered an issue where the video players on certain websites will cause firefox to freeze - the loading animation on the tab plays, but no window of the browser can be interacted with (including very basic interactions such as how tabs normally become highlighted when you mouse over them). I have encountered the issue on disney+ and skillshare but not netflix or youtube, leading me to think that it might be to do with the DRM that those sites use? The issue does not occur in troubleshooting mode but does in private browsing. I have tried disabling all of my add-ons and clearing my cache (though the "clear recent history" menu), but neither has solved the problem. It is unclear to me what steps more I can take other than resetting my browser entirely, which I'm reluctant to do as an add-on that I use has a somewhat lengthy setup process which I would prefer not to have to repeat.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I have my bookmarks alphabetized. When I click on one far down the list & then want to click on the next one the list of my bookmarks always reverts to the top of my list. Can I change this to have my bookmarks stay in the same place that I left off with instead of having to scroll all the way down again?

Add address in search bar I get "ERROR OCCURRED" It seems something on my end is blocking this ip. Cannot ping from pc or router. I signed in yesterday and instead of getting Bing as my home page, I got Norton Safe Search. Never asked for Norton and don't want it. How do I get Bing back? There was some reference which said in effect that the home page was changed by 'an extension' and that it could be changed but no indication on how to do that. I recently downloaded Windows 11 from Windows 10.

Last night I was able to access www.wattpad.com with no problem and have in fact been receiving notices from them all day. However, when I tried to access the website this morning and this evening I get an Error 404 message. I can bring up the page on Chrome, but Chrome is not my preferred browser. I have received the same error on two different computers.

This is more of a bug report than a question. In my job we use a web platform called Embrace for all the documentation needed for our special education students. On the platform, we enter information into simple [i.e. no formatting] text fields. When I'm typing into the fields, the window will scroll slightly each time I type a letter or space, so that it moves towards the top of the document. When the cursor gets to the bottom of the page, it will jump back up.

I was paying a bill and at the end there was a pop up from Firefox to save the payment method. I clicked the wrong box and it was saved. I would like to reverse that error. I don't know where to find it to delete my choice. It was my bank account information that I use to pay bills on line. Thanks in advance for your help. Sue Ellen Knutson [email address]

I changed my primary email on Firefox account and remove the old email. Problem is that I just login on the email and all the info is gone and I can't login on the previous email because seems that doesn't exist(says I should wait 15min before trying to login)

When I open "Extensions" (about:addons) by clicking the Extensions icon, I want it to start on my own extensions, not Recommendations. How can I make "Extensions" open to the actual Extensions tab? Or can I remove the "Recommendations" tab entirely?

I already saw [to remove 'Recommendations' tab in about:addons]. But about:config

 extensions.htmlaboutaddons.recommendations.enabled = false

only removes recommendations from the Extensions tab. And adding

 extensions.getAddons.showPane = false

does not work, the Recommendations tab is still there.

If I have Spotify paused in a tab, and i change to a different tab for even a second, when I return, it is stuck in a Firefox loading screen. I have to extensions that effect Spotify Browser player. This has been happening for about three or four days. Firefox is up to date.

In the past I could save a document on Firefox as a pdf. I'd hit PRINT and select the "save as PDF" option at the bottom left corner. But I no longer see that option. I will have to switch my default browser to Safari or Chrome if this is not possible. Suggestion?

I have installed the Multi-Account Containers add-on. When I right-click on a link on a page, I am missing the Firefox Multi-Account Containers element shown in the Multi-Account Containers KB article (see attached screenshot KBContextMenu.png).

My context menu looks like the attached screenshot MyContextMenu.png.

1. Has the Multi-Account Containers add-on been updated, and the KB article needs to be revised?
2. Is there a setting that I need to do to show this context meny element?

My list of sorted bookmarks is extensive with many folders and subcategories etc.

I'm able to open all the tabs in the 'Library' but don't really see a way to print to PDF this list. Is it possible to get a list of bookmarks and all the files in each folder?
