I cannot access about config, I want to stop my searches from being forced to the address bar, I have just bought a new laptop, and synced it with my other laptop, it offered me search from address bar, and I avoided it having experianced it before, yet when I opened firefox again I was stuck with it.

When I do the keybind (Control + P) or press the print icon in google apps (google docs, drawings, etc) it automatically downloads a pdf instead of opening the print menu. Chosen solution

Printing on any other site pops up with the printing options. Only on google apps does this happen, including gmail.

This problem is non-existent on Google Chrome and Edge. It does persist on Brave although. Haven't tested any other browsers.

Why can't I change my primary email address on my account? That email is not secure. I need to change it. Right now my options are to delete my firefox account entirely, or keep it connected and let myself continue to be hacked now that my email has been compromised.

Where do I go to change it? It's not under settings like the help articles say. There is no option to change it.

My daughters setup has been fine for over a year using Office365 for her classes. Today she reported she cannot open any of the files. Behavior is we can sign in fine, see all the files listed, looks good. However we click a file, and the title up top says "Working..." and the history tab will flood with about 10 attempts on a sharepoint site, then give a sign in error asking to sign in again. This will fail each time. I tried basic steps, cleared cookies, no dice. Only ublock was in use, without issue previously, but disabled and removed and it still did it. I even loaded up a new blank profile, nothing added, same behavior. I tried on my PC's firefox and it does work correctly. Both are v 110.0.1. Any suggestions to what I've tried? I would expect no extensions and new profile would resolve it. For now it works via chrome , but we're a firefox family.

Installed Ffx on my Win 10. Works Great. Installed on Win 11. Cannot find Norton Safe Search as an extension or as a search engine.

I clicked on a link in Win 11 and almost got into a malicious site. Would not have done so with Norton SS because it shows colored bubbles by each link. Would have seen a red bubble.

How can I get it to work in Ffx?

Please why is your 2 step verification cumbersome. I have tried to set it up without success since yesterday. its wasting my time and it looks someone is using my passwords to access my other details including my accounts. The Number codes are always wrong and would not allow the 2 steps auty to continue

I play youtube music or Noah's Ark tours, the screen has changed from normal with small video and red timeline at bottom to now very large letters and video very large so that to see timeline must scroll down I have a laptop pc, am on firefox / duck duck go browser. I was required to resign into google to get to my emails at the same time as the youtube change. I have 192 GB memory.

After the latest update, in addition to having to import my roboform data from chrome because firefox "lost" it, firefox no longer restores previous tabs on startup. I have checked the settings and in General, the checkbox to restore previous tabs on startup IS CHECKED, however, every time I reopen firefox, only a single tab with my chosen homepage appears on startup. It is annoying to have to redo my tabs every time I restart firefox, and all of the help pages just say to check restore previous session / tabs. However, as I said before, that box is ALREADY CHECKED, and yet firefox still refuses to restore tabs on startup. How do I fix this?

Help? I rebooted my machine and lost all my open tabs. any attempt to re-acquire them shows just the ones I have open now. It doesn't show any of the ones that were lost. Thanks Monica

How could any sane company do this? There seems to be no "popout" option anywhere except in about:config and its set to false. If I set it to true it doesn't make any difference. It blocks the screen. We all hate these things but clueless software developers don't realize what they're doing.

Hello, For 2 or 3 days now, Firefox (up to date 110.01 64bits for W11) opens in a small window. I tried everything I found: Delete xulstore.json Resize then close with Ctrl + X (close) Play with high DPI settings In properties "maximized"

Hi everyone, I've recently reinstalled Firefox on two new computers and have had the same problem for each: My extension/add-on icons have disappeared from my toolbar. I've tried adding them back, but they don't appear in the options (see screenshot 1 & 2). My navigation is not set on "always private". Here's what I've done so far: 1. Checked if others have had my problem. 2. Uninstalled and reinstalled all my add-ons. 3. Set the view settings to default. 4. Reinstall Firefox. I'm having the same problem on both computers. When I sign in to my Ancestry Account, I am unable to access my DNA list showing matches and other DNA information I have been without this information for some weeks and have contacted Ancestry twice (on 23/2/23 and 6/3/23), however the service was not working prior to these dates. They report that they are aware of the problem and are in contact with Firefox (who are working on the problem) but do not know when it will be rectified. They stated that Firefox was updating their system and this is the cause of the problem. Ancestry recommended I change to Safari or similar but I do not wish to do this. Can you give me any idea when this problem will be rectified? Regards Anne Sylvestre

I'm private./win11 Have never seen this before. Very difficult to "erase" firefox and reinstall. The buttom was missing ? I could only chose reinstall.

I managed to Erase Firefox and installed it again from scratch - It still says your browser is managed by organization ?

It's a brand nex PC HP Victus. And I have some difficulties with a website,' which I suspect to be the culbrit.

- Which one is it ?? HP or Schibsted Add company/BoligPortal??' ( get spammed from the website daily)

I learned that Firefox has pdf editor in the new version but I can't locate buttons to edit/fill a pdf document. I tried to search that on the web but could not find those. Would you please send me the tips on how to use this feature? Thank you.

After reading and trying to disable graphics acceleration, deleting history, cache, uninstalling Firefox, reinstall firebox and running in safe mode with previous mentioned done again. I will log into MeWe and either immediately upon getting access to after several movement within MeWe (loged in) it will just drop to sign in/sign up and say I need to be logged in to view this page or anything else I try to do. I used a portable Google and had no trouble accessing and moving around MeWe after login.

The following picture is after login, entry to the group, visiting messages and pictures etc and suddenly I get this.  This is with all extensions active in normal browsing mode and Hardware acceleration enabled.
