Hello Mozilla company. Sorry for this email but it's just a brief one. I'm thanking ghostery app extension for I believe it helps a lot tracking unidentified websites entering my account but I am not am expert to believe that I am safe now,with this query I would humbly ask for your help to assess and confirm if there is or nothing at all Any issues on my account. Mozilla's Android app has extension support but Mozilla's iOS app doesn't, I don't know why, I don't want to use Android, the only feature I miss on Android is this Firefox feature.

Firefox is my GoTo browser. I appreciate that it is open source and respects privacy and security.

Right now I am struggling with release 126.0 on a Lenovo tablet running Android 13. My issue is the use and access to bookmarks. Unlike previous versions of Firefox there seems to be no way to get a bookmarks toolbar. That was a helpful feature in previous versions. And favorites are not as clean. My hope is that Mozilla will return to a bookmark toolbar.

I have an old Lenovo tablet running Firefox 68.11 in Android Kitkat (4.4)

This device has never synced before, and as you know Mozilla, for reasons known only to themselves, never made a simple bookmark export in the Android app.

My attempts to set up a sync has also failed, access to https://accounts.firefox.com is apparently inaccessible, the page never loads, except for the logo you can see below.

Am I just out of luck?

Up until the last few days I had bookmarks, shortcuts etc saved on my phone and Firefox browser. Today I went to click on a shortcut that I regularly use, only to find it had been completely deleted from my phone! How did Firefox get access to my phone to remove these and to completely clear my history, bookmarks, shortcuts etc??? I never gave permission to access or to delete anything from my phone or browser!

I just Added NoScript Security Suite. No I must enable JavaScript in browser in order to retrieve article content from the New York Times. How do I do that please?

For the last month or so, every time I try to open a link in an E-mail and sometimes other links, Firefox puts up your little yellow header banner to tell me you have "prevented a pop-up" - these are not pop-ups, but links ! This is stopping me opening links to Facebook, Nextdoor and any other links sent in E-mails. Links in Al Jazeera, CNN, and BBC on line work just so you know the full picture. This is partly annoying, but more seriously I am still working, (SE) and it is only a matter of time before I have something serious that I will not be able to deal with if I can not open the link to it. Also, and it may or may not be connected, some time ago, back end of 23, before I became aware of the above problem, I started to be unable to preview PDF's before sending them. I just get a blank page. Not great when you consider that most of my invoices are sent electronically, but at least even tho' I can't see them, to check, they are getting to my customers. The link problem is of course the more annoying/serious one and definitely to do with Firefox, by your own admission of the yellow header notification. HELP. Oh ! my E-mail is goblander@hotmail.com, because if you reply here, and I get sent an E-mail........I wont be able to use the link, will I !! See the problem !

I am trying to sync my desktop Firefox data to my Android phone, a Samsung Galaxy S21+. In every help topic I read, it says to click the three dots on Android, go to settings and click "Sync and save data," then click "Ready to scan" and scan the QR code provided from my desktop account. The issue I am running into is that the "Sync and save data" option does not exist on my Firefox Android app. If I click on my profile on the phone, I can click "Sync" but it doesn't do anything. It does not work if I try to scan the QR code through the phone camera instead. I am at a loss for how to sync my Mozilla account on these two devices. My Firefox app is up to date. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Hi I have problem trying to login Pocket app via iphone. I have tried using different accounts but it just doesn't work. I couldn't get passed the Signing page, it remains as loading once I have approved to sign in using google id/mac account.

Why does the app force me into a new tab every time I leave the app and come back!?! Even for a moment. It’s messed up two things I’ve been working on now. How do I set it to behave like a normal browser and open to the page I was on when I left..?

would like to raise my concern my curiosity regarding a recent issue I encountered. Specifically, I need to address how my IP details are being accessed, especially when using enhanced protection measures. Additionally, I am concerned about the privacy aspects of private browsing and whether unauthorized individuals can gain access to my user details legally.

I'm attempting to install a plugin to my android device to test it with web-ext, but I'm getting the error `No Firefox packages were found on the selected Android device`. Running verbose, I found it running `adb shell pm list packages`, so I ran it myself, and got the next error `Shell does not have permission to access user 10`. I have to manually specify in the command to use user 0, but I am unable to do that with web-ext as far as I'm aware

I logged into my account on my mobile browser, and was able to see all my passwords and saved data that I had on my computer. I ended up signing by accident and when I logged back in all my passwords and bookmarks where gone. How can I restore them??
