Pop up window does not come up in Medscape CME. Pop up is needed to accerss site. Pop up blocker off and cookie for that site removed. Works with Internet Explorer.
When I try to access a CME from Education from Medscape.org, I get a greyed over screen. There is supposed to be a pop up that I have to click to get to the actual CME article. Medscape has just recently changed their CME access program - I had no problems before they started this pop up stuff. I have tried disabling pop ups and removing all Medscape cookies and this has not helped. If I use Internet Explorer it works just fine.

Hi,
Please also check if this happens in Safe Mode. There could be other installed add-ons blocking the pop-up. If the problem persists please also try a Ctrl + F5 refresh. This helps to reload the page contents afresh.
