How to open bookmarks in current tab

So a couple days ago I got Firefox for android and looks great but. But after some time I had over 50 tabs open. I have a few bookmarks that I use frequently. So it's very easy to tab the address bar and select the bookmark that I want, browse and then rinse and repeat. The problem that I have with Firefox is that my bookmarks always open in a new tab instead of the current one.

I can't seem to find the right setting and browsing for about:config also doesn't seem to do anything.

Does anyone have some tips?

The Bookmarks option cannot be found on the 3-points menu, con trary to the following help topic: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manage-bookmark-folders-firefox-android#w_create-a-new-bookmark-folder There are several options like the following three, but Bookmarks is not there: Select tabs, Share all tabs, Tabs settings, etc.

What is this issue, and how can I manage tabs folders, please? How can tabs folders be managed like making a new tabs folder or rename it?

import/export bookmarks from/to file

Currently there's no way to import/export bookmarks from/to file, while in the desktop version it always has been possible. It seems Mozilla does not want this basic feat… (了解更多)

Dear Firefox-Team, I want to install my Bookmarks from HTML, not via the Firefox-Sync (I have different bookmarks on different devices), on my new cell phone (Firefox Android). This was obviously possible in 2017 when I did so on my old smart phone, but it seems to be impossible under my new one. Any tipps?

I just updated to 109 and years of bookmark are gone. In previous versions there was an option to import bookmarks. 109 has nothing. Menu,bookmarks has one option:desktop bookmarks. In there are 3 options all of which give a message ,no bookmarks here, when tapped. 1. Have I missed something. 2. If not can I roll back the update, if so how? Thank you
