Lost Firefox Icon

I had been using Firefox on my iPhone for forever. All of a sudden the icon just disappeared, so I can no longer use it as my browser. When I check my apps in Settings, it's there, and checked as my browser, but there's no longer an icon to click on. I went to the app store thinking it had somehow become deleted, and instead of being able to get the app, it just says Open, meaning that it should be on my phone. How do I get the icon back? The way it is now, I can't even delete and re-install it.

Downloading latest Firefox

To download the Firefox browser it says to go to the menu and open 'About Firefox', but there is no such question in the Menu. You can see the Menu in the screenshot belo… (了解更多)
