Whenever I try to load up the https://edfinancial.studentaid.gov/welcome login page, I keep getting a white page with "The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large." I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to fix it so I can look at my student loans.

When I attempt login to store account, I get the error below. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox to no avail; login works fine in MS Edge

I have added many add-ons, some of them are visible in the screenshot. But i can't pin them to the toolbar. And therefore not able to use them. For some reason only three of them are visible when i click the plugin button in the toolbar and only one of them namely 'ublock origin' is pinned by default. I have tried many things but still not able to pin any plugin

I started having new tab crashes a couple of weeks ago on Firefox and Brave browsers. I have looked in the extensions settings and do not have any added extensions so that did not cause the problem. I also run Norton antivirus and Norton Ultimate utilities software and regularly clean out files and scan my computer for malware. Not sure if Ultimate Utilities is the problem since I have had other problems in the past with that program. Also, I wonder if Windows updates caused this problem? This has also caused problems in the past. To get around this problem I have to copy the link then right click on my mouse and open a new window the paste the link. Very annoying and time consuming. How do I fix the continual tabs crashing problem?

When I open Firefox browser the browser restsets and changes color to pink in the web address line. I have asked this question before. Is there someone technically familar with Firefox that can resolve this issue?

I have two questions regarding the usage of a private window. I am using 126.0.1 on a mac desktop (and laptop) using 13.6.7 ventura. Long time user of firefox, but new to private windows.

1) I am using a popup blocker on firefox (UBlock Origin). Its icon shows on the browser window, but in a private window the icon disappears and I am getting popups. Do pop up blockers work in a private window? Is there a setting for that? 2) on my main browser Firefox home page I have 4 rows of shortcuts. On a private window home page there are none, and no settings icon to address this. Are shortcuts allowed on a private window home page and, if so, how to add?

I'm trying to add the Adobe Acrobat extension for some forms since I prefer it over the app, but it does not seem to be available in Firefox's extension add-ons. The instructions I found from Adobe themselves don't seem to account for the most recent version (unclear which version I have, I got it off the microsoft store) and there's a FAQ board saying the extension is only available for versions 73 and older. Is it simply not available for me or am I not looking hard enough? Thanks!

This error started a few days ago. I tried to do a system restore but that failed and now I can't find the restore point that I was using just yesterday. It only happens in FireFox, edge and chrome seem to work ok

A while ago I stupidly deleted my main email for my Firefox account (I didn't realize at the time that they were connected). It was a protonmail account so there are 0 methods of account recovery. I want to switch the primary email to a non-deleted email, however I obviously cant because I cant get the verification code that is sent to the primary in order to allow that to happen. Is there something to do about this or am I screwed?

Why is firefox not showing up in my authenticator app???

I saw a previous post that has since been closed suggesting the solution be disabling 2FA authentication - with all due respect to whoever suggested that, I don't think that should be the best solution. I'd like to keep 2FA enabled. I'd just like to know why Firefox doesn't appear in my Google or Microsoft Authenticator apps. I end up having to use recovery codes which makes the process a pain.

Hello! Google won't keep me logged in onto their services on Firefox, so that means for every time i open up Firefox I have to re-log in. I don't know why this happens, and I want to keep myself logged in onto google services but I don't know how to toggle it. Please help thank u!

I have 228 kb of cached web content that will not clear. I am also unable to get past the initial pages of cabelas.com. I can get to cabelas, then click on camping, then click on camp chairs, and that is where it stops. I tried it using microsoft edge and it works fine, so my desktop pc isn't the problem. Sportsmans Warehouse has a similar web site layout and it works fine, so the 228 kb is strictly related to cabelas. The 228 kb of cached web content that won't clear and the cabelas problems started together.

No matter how many times I clear the cookies, data, web cache, that 228 kb stays right there.

If I can find some way to clear that 228 kb, I bet cabelas will again work.

I have always used facebook messenger to video chat with friends, however suddenly it says tis facility is not supported by this browser. Do I have to leave firefox to find a browser that works?

I see that other people have raised this point,but there does not seem to be a response from firefox.

For about 24hr now, every time I clear cookies and cache data, 20kB remain. I clear this data often, and the cookie and cache data always registers "0kB" after I click on "Clear Data", until yesterday. My OS is Ubuntu 22.04. Where can I find that file so I can delete it?

On the iPhone and iPad it is possible to automatically open a desired URL when opening a new tab. But is it seriously not possible to do this on a Windows PC? It doesn't make sense to me, as browsers on PCs usually have more functions and mobile browsers have fewer functions.
