Prior to ~1 week ago, my process of using Firefox was as follows:

• Open a new tab, search for something, click through a few links

If I couldn't find anything relevant in the first page of results, I'd navigate back to the Firefox Home Page and try another search. I hate going past the first page of results!

However, as of ~1 week ago, I can no longer navigate to the Firefox Home Page - why is this?

I have used Firefox since it was Netscape, with an ad blocker if one was available. With version 128 I am seeing many, many, many ads where I used to see almost none. I have blocked popups but that's not as much help as you'd hope. I cannot find anythng like AdBlock+ or U Block. Are these no longer available? No longer recommended? I can tell you that they are sure still needed. Thanks.

I noticed that websites in my main firefox profile began showing the time in UTC rather than following my timezone.

privacy.resistFingerprinting and privacy.resistFingerprinting.testing.setTZtoUTC are set to false

Other profiles follow my timezone, so I would imagine that this has something to do directly with my current firefox profile.

seeing this big blank area doesn't help me think of something to ask/say! Just makes my mind go blank. Did I say I'm 85 years of age. We thought things got better when we got to use electric typewriters!

I am trying to understand how password less authentication with a FIDO2 security token works in Firefox over BLE transport.

Firefox uses authenticator-rs as Webauthn library which only supports USB-HID transport.

I am able to use a BLE security token to login to my google account however. How does that work if Firefox does not support that transport protocol?

Any help or direction to documentation on this topic is appreciated. So far I was not able to find an explanation for this online.

I would like to rename profile in roaming and local dirs for windows, but after I do it, addons are no longer visible in firefox. I guess I am missing something. What else do I have to do, when renaming profile dirs?

hi I am running my application which is easily running on chrome and edge in windows but unable to run on firefox. Can you please suggest what is the actual issue? We are getting output in every browser but not in firefox only. I did disable cache but still no output.

   At the top left of the New Tab page, hover over the weather information and click the configuration icon IG page actions.
   Click Change Location.
   Enter the new location in the field and select the desired location from the drop-down. 

Appears to be phantom ways. There are isn't anything like as described at all. Unable to change my locations. .Your STUIPD weather thing is using my VPN location not my real location and I'm unable to find or make any changes. WHY come up with a big lie saying you can change the location? I'd like to add the screen shot, I guess you also limit what can be uploaded while other places allow WORD with the picture in it OR PDF etc.

when i try and 'send tab to device' to another of my connected devices it shows 2 ipads. just that they are ipads with no further info. When i check my connected devices, there is only 1 ipad listed. This is very confusing as i used to have 2 ipads but gave one to a friend whom i no longer speak with. i have no idea if the tab i am sending is going to that ipad or my ipad so i have to send to both. how do i correct 'send tab to device' so it only shows the ipad that i am signed in on?

Hi, So I'm on Facebook. A friend has a new post. The post is all squished together, almost on top of the other line. I have looked over my settings to see if there is a way to alter the spacing but to no avail. I now realized why I stopped using Firefox a little while back and this is the main reason. If I can't read posts on social media apps on my computer browser what's the use?

Suggestions and fixes MOST welcome before I throw my hands up again. Edge is messed up in other ways as is Opera so I'd really love to have just ONE browser that I can depend on. Considering I used to be a HUGE fan of FF back in the day before the entire code was rewritten I'd love to be back in the fold. If this can be resolved I'll stay. For sure.

You guys been having updates. I notice my account was no longer connected and had to tried signing in. My password did not work and had to reset for some reason. Once I signed in, all my passwords I had been syncing are gone. I been using firefox for a very long time with my passwords saved. Almost when you guys first release. Already tried your forums and steps, that's not helping to get back my sync passwords. I have always relied on you guys for my passwords for years. Please help me.

I'm having a problem and need your help. Every time I try to go to Gmail (gmail.com) or Google Earth (earth.google.com), I get redirected to this site called grandid.com which is the website my school uses to log in to school accounts. This is my home cumputer so i am not intrestend in that and would like to completly block grandid.com from ever redirecting me. It's blocking me from logging into my accounts and using these services.

I've cleared my cache and cookies and even tried blocking grandid.com with extensions, but nothing is working. This is really frustrating and messing up my ability to check my emails and use Google Earth.

Can you please help me fix this?
